To place an order, simply browse our website, select the plush toys you’d like to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout where you'll enter your shipping information and payment details. After completing the payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

4. How much does shipping cost?
- UK Shipping: £7 for all orders within the United Kingdom.
- International Shipping: £14 for orders shipped outside the UK.

- International Orders: Delivery times for international orders vary by destination, but generally take 7-14 business days.

7. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally. Our international shipping fee is £14. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at shopify@lulubylaneltd.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
9. Can I return or exchange an item?

11. Do you accept P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses?
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure that you provide a valid street address when placing your order.
12. How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at shopify@lulubylaneltd.com. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
13. Are your products safe for children?
Yes, all of our plush toys are made from safe, non-toxic materials and meet the required safety standards for children's toys. We recommend supervising young children while they play with plush toys.
14. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping. However, our plush toys come beautifully packaged and are ready to be gifted.
